Unless you want a long, drawn out build process with flaky communication filled with hollow promises and gaslighting, massive out-of-pocket change orders, subpar work, unfinished home at closing, and a punch list that only grows as the weeks go by…then this builder is for you. I also hope you enjoy listening to them boast about their meaningless awards while you watch things continually fail and break in the home you spent a fortune on. Once you move in, your new part time job is scheduling work to be done, hope they actually show up, only to have the issues remain unresolved after multiple visits. The J.Anthony team only cares about money and their self-concocted prestige. They will ignore you, lie to you, and talk down to you, then expect accreditation and a “thank you” at the end of their half-a$$ job. My production home I just moved out of has better work done in it, and the build process was smooth as can be. 100% should have picked a different builder.
